Connected by Christ

In 2010, my friend Karen, my officemate Mar, and Owie, a friend of my sister, attended a healing service led by Sister in Christ Emma de Guzman in Pittsburg, California. That moment became the foundation of our spiritual connection.

I believe that our Lord sends us angels here on earth. For me, they are my spiritual best friends—my Besties.

A friend once described this as a “divine appointment.” It’s not by accident that we are connected; it’s God’s will.

Through many experiences, I’ve realized how deeply we are spiritually linked—through dreams, encounters, and shared moments that are always exact.

I call it Exacto moment however someone told us it God incident

Amazing how God brought us together and bonded us.

Come to think of it—Christmas 2018. For some reason, we met after Mass. It wasn’t planned; it just happened.

I guess it this spiritual connection started when we both supported the 40 days campaign. It’s advocacy to end abortion

For many years, this bond grew stronger as we attended numerous healing Masses across California.

Karen once shared that her first experience of being rested in the Spirit happened during a healing service with Emma de Guzman years ago.

Emma C. de Guzman (born December 8, 1949) is a Filipino Roman Catholic widow, laywoman, stigmatist, and claimed Marian visionary. She is the co-founder, along with the late Sister Soledad Gaviola, of the Catholic lay group association La Pieta, which is dedicated to Marian devotion under the title Mother of Love, Peace, and Joy.

Emma de Guzman claims to have first seen the Virgin Mary on the Feast of the Nativity of Mary in 1991.

There was another instance when, on a separate ride to the BART station to attend the annual Walk for Life, I unexpectedly met my friend Karen with her family.

This was the Pentecost Sunday at Saint Vincent I told everyone that I am praying that everyone would have a good relationship with Jesus.
